Lee has taken southern California by storm as LCC in the LA area! Her international experience began four years ago, when she served as a Program Coordinator for another division of EF Education, their non-profit Homestay Program. Since then, she has worked with groups of teens and tour escorts from China, Austria, Russia, France, Spain, Italy and Germany. It was a natural progression, therefore, for Lee to step into the position of Local Childcare Coordinator. Lee quickly formed a strong bond with her original group of eight au pairs and host families and in sixteen months has expanded her group to 34! Lee loves being a LCC because it allows her to wear many different hats. On any given day, she is a mediator or confidante, a marketing and public relations guru, an inquisitive student learning about other cultures or a creative think tank when planning fun, interactive monthly au pair meetings and host family day events.
